what to put on tinder?

As a transman who isn’t considering taking T or any op yet, I wonder which to put, male or female, on Tinder.
Either I might annoy a lesbian who wants a cis female or I might piss off a straight girl who wants a cis male dude.

Just put that you’re male. If you identify as a boy then you are a boy, and it’s not anyone else’s business but yours. If people are so pissed off that you’re not ciz, they can take their asses elsewhere. (hope I don’t come off as a dick sorry ^^’) -erin-the-gay-lemur 

I agree with erin-the-gay-lemur. But honestly do whatever you feel you’ll be most comfortable with. That should always come first. Your hormones or parts don’t dictate your gender, but if you don’t feel comfortable being out on Tinder, then don’t :) -ongrowingapair

possible to be trans and popular?

Is it possible to be a popular person in your conventional singaporean society/friend circle while being a transman? Has anyone managed to do so/maintain their popularity?

So, my Singaporean family has pretty much rejected the whole notion, but my younger cousins and their friends have all been very accepting and supportive of the whole thing. -phentasticadventures 

I’m trans.. And of course at first, I came out butch. Explaining to them the difference and pronouncing correctly was difficult at first.. True friends, they will come to terms. And I haven’t lost my friends. Some were even happy for my first shot! -nareshrichard

I have just come out as trans to everyone and now I feel like I have no identity. Being a lesbian is all I’ve ever known and now I am terrified that I am going to be viewed as straight. I am not attracted to straight girls, I am attracted to queer girls, but yet I know I want to be male. What does this make me? What am I? I am so confused right now.

straight male who only likes gay females?

Identifying as male and being attracted to females means you're straight, and yeah, it's a pretty confusing situation. But what's the point of being a straight male who likes only gay females? Like, if you date them, some might just be using you for your body with no respect to your identity, and if they date you, then they technically aren't a lesbian, and you said you're not attracted to non-lesbian girls (bi/pan/etc). Like, that's just being a douche in the end. And this is from a transman.

Being gay and trans is sometimes hard BC ppl ask why you didn't stay a girl if you like guys. What's even harder is not knowing if you're bisexual or just gay. I said I was bi for a while but idk if that was just cause i felt like a guy so I thought I had to like girls too.

birth control vs T?

Hello, Ive been looking on several ftm blogs to see if I could get ANY responses, but I'm a pre T trans masculine person who is on birth control pills (to not get pregnant and that is the only reason.) I'll be soon starting T, is there anyone who remains on the pill and quits when you start taking T? Or do people remain on the pill while taking T until T stops your period? I'm looking to minimize the gap of me getting pregnant (though we do use condoms). If anyone has any experience, thank you

cheaper hormones?

Hey do anyone know where i can get hormones cheaper than local pharmacy. Esp spironolactone, it cost a bomb @_@

Check out GoodRX. They’re a website/app that gives coupons for various prescriptions which can be sent to you or you can just print out or have on your phone. They also help you compare where it’s cheapest to get your meds. Hope this helps!

Its hard to be a bi ftm as well. People think ur unsure of who u r. And to guy or girls who might be potential partners, being bi doesnt give them assurance ur a male.

am i a FTM?

I have always identified as a male from young. 

The only thing that has changed when I grow up is that I found that I enjoy and like being f***ed by men. Previously when I was young, I was only interested in having sex with women.

However with that said, I am romantically attracted to women only all the time. 

Hope this makes sense. So Im a lil confused, am I a ftm?
