Yes I did. It was important to me to be comfortable in that sense. My reasoning was, everyday life is already difficult, small things like going out, buying groceries.. the anxiety, always wondering if I will be caught out, misunderstood, etc. I spend more time at work than anything else, about 8-12 hours a day, so I thought I might as well be comfortable, understood, and most importantly SUPPORTED at work than anywhere else. I don't regret it, it was the best decision I made. My employers were very understanding and supportive, and I am what I am today because of their kindness.
I did, it didn’t work. Now I have to remember what it is I really wanted to do.
